Wingrass - Returns Policy
Before sending the order, the customer is informed by telephone about the cost and the day of its delivery. During the telephone communication, the customer gives his confirmation for the shipment of the order or can modify or cancel it.
In the event that our cooperating customer wishes to change or return a product, he should contact us on the phone 2103215000 or by email at [email protected] so that we can inform him about the change process. The product code must be noted before communication.
The customer has the possibility to change a defective product or a product that differs from the one he ordered within 7 days from the date of receipt. The return costs as well as the costs of re-promoting the product to the customer are borne by our company, provided that the method of return is the one indicated by Bloom Trade.
When returning the product to be replaced, it must be accompanied by a delivery note, which will include the details of the accompanying sales invoice. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received by the customer. In the event that it is found that one product is different from the one the customer had chosen, after it has been returned and received by us, we proceed to send the correct product.
In the event that a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, after it has been returned and received by us, we will contact the customer to replace the product or cancel the transaction or refund the initial purchase. If a customer changes his mind about a product he received, which is not defective, he can inform us within 2 days and we can replace it with a product of his choice.
